Leasing business: global and national trends

The article examines the role and place of leasing in the modern economy. The current state and development trends of the global leasing business are revealed. The development of leasing in Azerbaijan, the peculiarities of the legal relations that have developed here are being investigated. Unresolved problems are revealed, in particular, the contradictions of the domestic legislation in this area and specific recommendations are proposed\ for its improvement.
