Lustration as a reason for restriction of electoral rights

The article considers the constitutional validity to restrict the right to vote and to be elected, as well as to take part in the public authority, of those people, who are disloyal to the current political regime. The author analyses the lustration laws adopted by many ex-communist countries within the framework of the effective international legal human rights standards.
