Lobbying and advocacy activities

In article on the basis of comparative legal analysis of theoretical approaches to the definition of lobbying, lobby and advocacy activities to the conclusion that it is necessary to distinguish these institutions from the point of view of the theory of law. The author comes to the conclusion that legally requires the consolidation of the Institute «lobbying activities», not substituting it with category «lobbying», because lobbying is a private institution of civil society.
