In paper domestic and international experience of build-up of telecommand systems and remote control are observed and parsed, problems of making of a telecommand system are defined, the telecontrol system flowchart is opened. The analysis of distant telecontrol is carried out by electromechanical advertising constructions. The logical model of soft-hardware system of mobile telecontrol is developed by electromechanical advertising constructions which one is the client (receiver) fulfilled on the basis of gantry Arduino and a server (sender) on the basis of gantry Android. The system is builted on the basis of client-server architecture that gives the chance to steer several clients, having one server. The tendered solution has high flexibility in usage and a wide usage from steering of light-current LED displays before steering of electrical actuations of power to 2 - 3 kW and a consumption current to 10 A.
