The article analyzes three semantic conceptions of true knowledge: by G. Frege, A. Tarski and D. Davidson, in order to prove the idea that logical structures, represented there, are the basis for understanding and implementation of scientific theories and natural language. In the framework of G. Frege’s conception, acting as a basis for comprehension by other philosophers, the article considers correlation between the concept of “sense" and “reference", defines the relationship between superordinate and subordinate clauses. It is found that the rearrangement of propositions may affect their meaning.
