The article discusses the prerequisites for the emergence of conditions for the development of an omnichannel model in wholesale trade. The logistic imperatives of the transition of wholesale trade to the omnichannel model of functioning are investigated. Project logistics risks of its implementation at manufac turing enterprises and wholesalers are substantiated. Logistic requirements for the development of an omnichannel model of wholesale are determined.
