The article reveals a change in the role of projects in the management of an enterprise, when a project from an event to solve individual tasks of the company becomes a tool for implementing strategic decisions. At the same time, the logistics project is aimed primarily at implementing a logistics strategy and, as a result, a competitive strategy. The structure of the logistics project is given. A comparison of logistics projects of a local and systemic nature is carried out. It is noted that local projects provide a competitive advantage for a short period, while projects involving the systematic implementation of logistics solutions provide a sustainable long-term competitive advantage. At the same time, maintaining a competitive advantage is conditioned by the continuity of the implementation of logistics projects. The necessity of complex, systematic implementation of logistics projects to achieve a sustainable long-term competitive advantage of the enterprise is substantiated. The complex of logistics projects of the company is considered, which is determined by the level of consistency of the project and the novelty of the project. At the same time, an integral advantage is provided by new projects of a systemic nature aimed at the integrated implementation of logistics concepts and systems. Digital technologies play a supporting role, and their implementation only ensures the maintenance of a competitive advantage. Traditional and agile approaches are used in the implementation of logistics projects.
