Logistics in crisis situations (crisis logistics)

The article is discussed the issues when the logistical activity is responding on arising crisis situations in the process of social and community development. There are described the main issues of crisis causes, the relations between the crisis conceptions and risk in a logistical management work. The main logistical activity phases are determined in crisis conditions and there are specified the anti-crisis management actions stages, allowing to bring the crisis situation to its original state.
