Lomonosov as the linguist-reformer

The essence of Lomonosovs mission as founder of the bases of modern Russian literary language is considered, on a wide socio-historical background the stress is laid on the realized necessity of creation by the scientist of "the Russian grammar" and other works on Russian philology.
