Turnpikes in the optimization problem of regional development strategy on the multicomponent model

The article is devoted to researching of optimization problem of regional development strategy for multicomponent socio-ecologic-economical model. This model considers the constraints for the natural environment and social sphere recovery capacities and for the innovative capacities. Consequently there are found the turnpike solution as an approximate globally optimal solution and the new quantitative criterion of sustainable development. A numerical example is given.
