Magnitogorsk school of quality (scientific review)

In the present article main achievements of the scientific and pedagogical school in the product quality control and production processes in metallurgy in Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University are systematized. In a chain of the technological process of metallurgical production there is a wide range of technical operations, therefore the problem of the development of methods of choosing a rational technological process on the basis of the combination of various operations OMD is actual. Opening of the Dissertation Board D 212.111.05 in05.02.23 “Standardization and product quality control” at Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University became a natural investigation stage and solution of such tasks.Integrating research in the sphere of a qualimetry, quality management and technology improvement, inRussia this Board is the only Board in the field of ferrous metallurgy in the development of scientific directions:the improvement of the interaction of the communication system - the supplier-developer-manufacturer; scientific bases of standardization; qualimetrical methods of assessment of quality of objects and processes of quality management; methods of the analysis, synthesis and optimization, information models of a state and dynamics of quality of objects.All main scientific researches of Magnitogorsk scientists found application at leading metallurgical and machine-building enterprises of our country.
