Macroangiopathy for diabetes mellitus

Resume: Sugar disease often causes complications, one of the most common is diabetic macroangiopathy of the lower extremities. The disease occurs after many years of diabetes therapy, and affects the entire vascular system. If small capillaries and vessels are damaged, then it is classified as microangiopathy, in turn, if large ones are damaged, macroangiopathy develops. Most often, this disease and many others arise as a complication of diabetes. Macroangiopathy can be localized in any part of the body and cause serious complications, up to and including death.
