The macro-dynamic conditions of the technological modernisation of economy

The author studies macroeconomic conditions which are required in order to achieve high innovative activity level in economy, alternative kinds of macroeconomic dynamics which can either suppress or stimulate scientific and technological progress. He puts forward the criteria of investment policies which are to ensure the transition to the beneficial type of macroeconomic dynamics.
