The article studies different aspects of employment balance in economy of Ukraine, emphasizing the analysis of the main manifestations of imbalances, such as: unemployment and its peculiarities, employment structure, labor market flexibility and labor emigration, regional and sectoral disparity of wage distribution. The author discusses the areas for improvement of the state management of employment sphere.
