Macroeconomic factors of the development of the social sphere in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the macroeconomic situation in Russia in recent years. It shows the restrictions for the development of the social sphere, formed in this conditions, caused by the general economic decline, a decrease of the gross accumulation of main capital and investments.
