Max Weber: politics as a vocation and profession

This article examines the work of the famous sociologist max Weber. His scientific work "Politics as a vocation and profession" shows the attitude of M. Weber to power and his views on the profession of politics. Max Weber considered politics as a vocation and profession, singling it out as a special state institution. M. Weber also determined that only politics and power have a special monopoly, namely a monopoly in the sphere of violence.
