Small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia: resilience under sanctions and economic challenges

This scientific study examines the current state of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Russia in 2024. Key indicators are analyzed: growth in the number of SME entities alongside a decrease in legal entities, increasing share of individual entrepreneurs and micro-enterprises, and structural shifts toward high-tech activities. Particular attention is paid to financial aspects: credit portfolio dynamics, levels of overdue debt, and financing conditions. The research is based on official statistics and industry data.
