Small business in the Nizhny Novgorod region in the sphere of innovations: problems and solutions

The article deals with the problems faced by small business in the field of innovation. There are two problems in the innovation sphere at the regional level. The all-Russian problems that hinder the development of new technologies in the territory of the country, including the Nizhny Novgorod region, are identified. Recommendations for solving the identified problems and improving the situation of small business in the innovation sector of the Nizhny Novgorod region are given.
