The compact betatron has been successfully used for the total skin electron therapy using the electron energy of 5 MeV and 4 oblique fields. The total dose is 24-30 Gy. The dose distribution is comparable to the Standard technique and all the clinical outcomes have been successful. Since January, 2006, 14 patients with mucosis fungoides have been treated with this technique.
