Small enterprises and their development in modern Russian conditions

The current period of functioning of the national economic system of the Russian Federation is associated with the negative impact of the crisis of the Covid-19 pandemic and the package of sanctions imposed against Russia, which requires the adoption of anti-crisis decisions by public authorities. The main mechanism for their adoption is the use of various tools and methods of state regulation. This toolkit, in turn, was developed and conditioned with the help of various studies that studied the main theories of methods of state regulation of the economy to support small enterprises. The authors of the article believe that small businesses in Russia will continue to develop despite the difficult pandemic and geopolitical situation, since the state regularly takes a lot of efforts to support entrepreneurship.
