Small and medium-sized businesses in Russia under sanctions

The article provides a brief analysis of the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia during the period of strengthening economic sanctions by Western states. The author concludes that the economic sanctions of Western countries against Russia, creating a lot of problems, have positive sides: the industrial and agricultural sectors of the Russian economy have a chance to build a new concept for the development of their industries, to increase production turnover, for which there are enough conditions. And since the situation of small and medium-sized businesses depends on political decisions under sanctions, without the effective use of all instruments of state regulation, it will not take its rightful place in the Russian economy.
