Small and medium-sized businesses digitalisation issues and new opportunities of overcoming them are covered in the article. Unlike traditional interpretations, authors here consider digitalisation problem solution to be a result of activity of specialists representing both enterprises of the customer and the IT firm when preparing a contract for any fragment of enterprise information flows digitalisation. This managerial decision is considered to be major act predetermining the fullest use of capacity of digitalisation of economic-organisational and administrative processes of small and medium-sized businesses. What served as a methodological message of the research of behaviour of specialists, is Georgy Shchedrovitsky's activity theory regarding the following postulates: 1. Specialists' activity in preparation of a contract for any fragment of enterprise information flows digitalisation cannot be provided with ready instruments and ways of work; one should attribute it to category of creative activity or research activity...
