Marginality as factor for development of ethnic identity in multi-national region

The article is devoted to the analysis of ethnic marginality. On the basis of new understanding of the marginal theory by classics (R, Park, E. Stonequist) original conception of ethnic marginality phenomenon is offered; ways for optimisation of this contradictory process are offered.
