The relevance of the studied problem - in the tobacco market, products characterizing themselves as tobacco products with a reduced health risk are gaining more and more popularity. While the industry is actively promoting its new products under the guise of possible solutions to reduce harm to health, some of the lifesaving tobacco control measures are currently undermining. The purpose of the article is to identify key problems associated with the promotion of electronic devices in the tobacco markets and consider the use of these devices as a solution to reduce smokers in the country and increase the life of the population of Russia. The main results of the publication - the authors proposed measures to regulate the sale of ESDN and HTP.
