The article discusses problems of the marketing strategy implementation as a part of the project management of the public-private partnership enterprise by studying the case of the ‘Manzherok’ ski resort. The authors consider specifics of the public-private partnership as an object of the project management and analyze the project management based on the decomposition of the management system.
