The article discusses the petrochemical enterprise JSC «EkoPet», located in the Kaliningrad region. To develop an enterprise development strategy, a comprehensive marketing analysis consisting of SWOT and STEEP analysis was applied. The analysis of social, technological, economic, environmental and political environmental factors that may affect the state of JSC «EkoPet» and the conditions of its operation has been carried out. The impact of sanctions on the activities of the company «EkoPet» JSC is considered. The analysis of the competitive environment of Ecopet JSC was also carried.
