This article discusses the process of marketing analysis and the creation of a marketing plan. The steps for collecting and analyzing data, conducting competitive and financial analysis, researching the target audience and developing a marketing strategy are described. The article describes the processes of planning marketing activities, budgeting and risk management, emphasizes the importance of flexibility and adaptation of the marketing plan to changing market conditions.
