Marxism on civil wars: some thoughts about historical lessons of civil war in the context of imperatives of the present

In this article are disclosed views, first and foremost, k. Marx and f. Engels, in part, on the issue of the historical phenomenon of civil wars, as a special form of the historical phenomenon of war in General. The war, which is a historical phenomenon, the essence of which is reduced to the extreme form of permission of socio-political, economic, ideological, as well as national, religious, territorial and other conflicts between States, peoples, Nations, classes, classes and social groups by means of military violence. It is given the thesis that many theoretical classics of Marxism-Leninism were creatively used ruled in the young Republic of the Councils of the Communist Party in the period of the Russian civil war of fratricide (1918-22). The author cites personal judgments about the nature of the insanity of fratricide in 1918-22, and submits to the Court, on the basis of the scientific community.
