The analysis of the phenomenon of the modern society mass consciousness and mass culture in terms of prospects for the personality creative realization is given in the article. The author gives attention to the ways of solving the personality creative potential problems, interpreted by the Russian tradition of philosophy, combining the mechanisms of culture modernization with the creative praxis of the history subject.
