Mathematical model for evaluating the socio-economic development of urban districts and municipal areas of subject of the Russian Federation on the example of Chelyabinsk region

The article describes the most significant and pressing problems of socio-economic status of urban districts and municipal entities of the Russian Federation; proposes a mathematical model that allows us to solve these problems; examples of application of the proposed model are provided.
