Formulation and methodology of solution of hollow billets pulsed-magnetic deformation problems with consideration for general and special peculiarities if technological processes of cutting, calibration, forming, assembling are considered in the paper. The procedure is proposed based on variational principles of mechanics with the use of the theory of plastic flow and calculation discrete schemes.
