A mathematical model of the standard ITSGIS quality functional deployment and integrated visualization geoobjects

The mathematical model underlying the intelligent transport geographic information system “ITSGIS” is based on the principles of object-oriented design, description of the semantics of physical objects of different nature with their geolocation and interactions between them. In the presence of several divisions and workplaces - ITSGIS users, the use of a local network and the distributed nature of the system are almost inevitable, the remaining moments are determined depending on the territorial organization of the enterprise and the intensity of information exchange between geographically distributed divisions. In the ITSGIS environment, the problem of user interaction with different types of databases is solved by introducing the third layer - business logic rules-into ITSGIS. The imposition of business rules into a separate layer allowed to separate from specific implementations of a logical data structure - the rules of the admissibility of operations in ITSGIS. Logical control - is referential integrity-tracking actions with spatially coordinated data when changing or deleting records in the master data, and the synchronization of geographical and semantic data, control of semantic correctness of the input data with the control of visualization and location of geoobjects on the electronic map. The introduction of the business rules layer solves the problem of information interaction among distributed ITSGIS users. The three-layer ITSGIS architecture provides the logical integrity of a system that combines multiple databases and multiple applications. The functioning of the application server is regulated by the standard of visualization and dislocation of geoobjects on the relevant thematic layers of the ITSGIS electronic map. The main documents regulating the certification process of visualization and deployment geoobjects are Standards ITSGIS developed on the basis of state Standards of the Russian Federation, guidance for certification and surveillance imaging multitype geoobjects used an independent inspector to evaluate and monitor the quality of functioning ITSGIS. The documents collected standard protocols for assessing the functions of the quality system used in the survey of mass production of electronic maps with thematic layers. Each of THE ITSGIS Standards describes a complex predicate function, the performance of which is determined by a set of conditions of different nature. The constructed model Standards geoobjects ITSGIS, Standard ITSGIS quality functional and integrated deployment geoobjects, models of plug-in intelligent quality control of the production of thematic layers of electronic maps ITSGIS.
