The mathematical model of electrical injury that results from the interaction of the system elements "man -electrical network - environment" is considered in the article. The principle of the traumatic situation formation (man electric injury with the lethal outcome) is revealed. The classification of major anthropogenic hazards arising from the electrical network in normal and emergency modes is given, the formulas for determining the contact voltage and current flowing through the human body is revealed.
