In article mathematical methods of graphic information analysis for telecommunication system, the analysis module and graphic data automatic estimation considered. The estimation module is fulfilled in form of JavaApplet on the basis of Java programming language. The appendix distinguishes by cross-platforms, compactness, intuitively the clear interface, fulfilled by analogy to the most widespread SAPR-systems.
