The results of mathematical modeling of heat flow plasma particles as they move from the nozzle to the sprayed surface of the plasma torch. The relations obtained are used to determine the heating temperature and the degree of penetration of the spray particles of different diameters, moving along different trajectories. Research has shown that the thermal state of particles of different diameters differ significantly. In the design mode of small-diameter particles are heated to a temperature of vaporization, and 60, and 80-micron particles do not reach the melting point.
