On the basis of mathematical modeling of heating processes in the distributed group of buildings at vari-ous schemes of heat consumption from independent heat sources it is investigated and shown that team-work of the automated individual thermic points (ITP) and elevator units of these buildings results as a whole in essential reduction of possible savings the thermal energy, and in certain cases also to energy-saving exception.
