Mathematical modelling of the processes of vibrational pipe pressing

The mathematical model of dynamics of process of pressing of an axial-symmetric pipe preparation on a parsing press of tube press installation is developed. For the accepted settlement scheme, dynamic model and process of pressing of pipe preparation analytical expressions of expansion of the borders corresponding to plastic and elastic zones in the deformation center are received. The analytical dependence characterizing the speed of distribution of the front of plastic deformation on speed of the pressed metal is received. Dynamic characteristics of emergence of the wave phenomena in the pressed metal in the conditions of influence from the tool are defined that significantly supplements earlier known ideas of the stress-strained condition of metal in the deformation center. Fields of deformations in zones of the disturbed area of the center of deformation taking into account influence of technological tools are established. By modeling of dynamic processes in the pressed metal features of realization of highly effective technology of the operated vibration pressing of pipes on a profile press of tube press installation are established. The choice of rational parameters (the amplitude-frequency characteristic) of the used active process of vibration pressing of pipe preparation has reached substantial increase of efficiency of process and quality of the pierced preparations.
