Material and social support for government and municipal employees

Social and material security of civil servants of the Kyrgyz Republic is provided for by Chapter 7 of the Basic Law as follows. Civil service is professional activity of the Kyrgyz Republic citizens as government bodies. Determination of the conditions of material and social support for government and municipal employees. Research materials and methods: the law of the Kyrgyz Republic on government and municipal employees. Research results: the civil service includes the civil service, military service, law enforcement service and the diplomatic service. Conclusions: a unified system of salary payment of civil servants is determined in accordance with the Kyrgyz Republic Law “On the maximum staffing level and on the conditions for remuneration of labor of government and municipal employees of the Kyrgyz Republic”.
