Proceedings of the II International scientific and practical conference "Cosmic philosophy - cosmic law - cosmic activities: trinity of humanity's cosmic breakthrough"

We affirm: Without a correct goal there is no correct meaning, without a correct meaning there is no correct activity, and without correct activity there is no good result. The goal defines philosophy and worldview. The meaning that expresses the goal is manifested through the subject of law and the system of legal grounds for its activities. An activity that embodies the meaning enshrined in the legal basis leads to the achievement of the goal. The trinity of space philosophy, space law and space activity is beyond doubt. The invariant that stitches them together is the goal, which can be defined as: creating conditions for the development of humanity on the Earth on the surface of the planet and beyond in an infinite space-time perspective. Knowledge about space is accumulating slowly. On the one hand, this knowledge comes from religion and philosophy, from ancient myths and legends, facts that are surprisingly confirmed by modern science, and on the other hand, from spiritual practice and practical exploration of space. Being a cosmic inhabitant born of the planet Earth, throughout his life, a person learns the laws of cosmic nature. Man is destined to become an inhabitant of the endless space. On this path, he will have to acquire a new, noospheric quality - a new global identity: to become a Cosmic Man. Such a Person will create a World Cosmic Union, in which many and different are destined to unite into one whole, united by a Common Purpose, Common Sense and Common Cause. This will require a new space law. Space exploration proceeds in two ways - spiritual and material. Spiritual - through a philosophical, religious and mystical search. Material - through scientific research, creation and implementation of specific engineering projects and solutions, as well as organizational structures of the cosmonosphere era. The spiritual and material paths of space exploration are gradually revealing to humanity the secrets of being and its purpose in the Universe. On the way to further exploration of outer space, mankind has to develop a system of legal foundations for its space activities, expressing the duties and rights of our species, agreed with the purpose of its existence and development on Earth and in Space. The prehistory of the noosphere-space era, which allowed space activities without a single legal basis for humanity, is over. Without realizing the fact that philosophy, law and objective space activity are inextricably linked, further space exploration loses its legitimate, determined by evolutionary development, foundations. The II International Scientific and Practical Conference "Space Philosophy-Space Law-Space Activities: the Trinity of the Space Breakthrough of Humanity" aimed to show the inextricable connection of these three categories and to ensure the creation of a single logic for the development of this trinity. The conference was held on the birthday of our outstanding compatriot Pobisk Georgievich Kuznetsov, who laid the foundation for the interdisciplinary Science of Life Development on May 18, 2021 in real time on the digital platform of the Russian Space Society.
