Based on the results of the studies on the city Kamyshin territory (Volgograd region) provides information on the floristic diversity of the natural object - ravine Vtoroy - which may be promising for organizing the protection. On its territory, species of vascular plants included in the Red Book of the Russian Federation (2008) and the Red Book of the Volgograd Region (2017) are registered.
