Materials for the flora of Samara, Ulyanovsk regions and the Republic of Tatarstan

The results of the floristic survey of 9 geographical points located on the territory of Mid dle Volga Region are presented. A total of 765 vascular plant species were found including new ones for Samara ( Scorzonera × glastifolia ), Ulyanovsk ( Carex humilis , Chamaecytisus borysthenicus , Galium praeboreale , Hieracium filifolium , Koeleria valdevestita , Vincetoxicum cretaceum ) regions and the Republic of Tatarstan ( Alchemilla nemoralis , Koeleria spryginii ). The authors found the location of 14 species listed in the Red Book of Russian Federation (2008): Anthemis trotzkiana , Artemisia salsoloides , Astragalus zingeri , Cephalanthera rubra , Cypripedium calceolus , Fritillaria ruthenica , Hedysarum grandiflorum , H. razoumowianum , Iris aphylla , I. pumila , Koeleria sclerophylla , Stipa pennata , S. pulcherrima , S. zalesskyi .
