The Great Patriotic War was a huge test for all the main groups of the population of the USSR, including the privileges of members of the CPSU(b). One of them was M.A. Aleksandrov, a member of the party since 1939, who, until the summer of 1940, had a very responsible position of a district scale, namely the head of the political department of the grain-zone in the Novo-Pokrovsky district of the Krasnodar Territory. After the beginning of the occupation of the territory of the region in June 1942, he was appointed to the district committee of the party to the partisan detachment with the headquarters in the village of Tula. Arriving at the destination, he took up the device of his family (wife and child) in the rear. He arranged a family, but did not return back to the partisan detachment, actually deserting. All further events of life and activity M.A. Aleksandrov, until the spring of 1946, in the main events, were set out in his control business, which arose according to his approval in the PC (party board) of the CCP (party control commission) under the Krasnodar regional committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, on its restoration in party membership, After the exclusion in 1944, the lower party organization - Novo-Pokrovsky RK VKP(b). The investigation revealed an unseemly, from the point of view of the intra-party control bodies, misconduct and manners of the former communist, with confirmation of the fact of desertion from the partisan detachment, domestic decomposition and violation of the legislation at that time. The investigation ended with its final and unconditional exception to the party and the transfer of materials for his control case to the prosecutor's office.
