Maternity capital as a measure of social support of the family: legal and regulatory aspects

The article deals with the legal aspects of the implementation of maternal (family) capital as a measure of social support. The author focuses on the analysis of legal conflicts in the domestic legislation regulating additional measures of social support for families with children in the Russian Federation. In conclusion, the author presents proposals to expand the list of areas of expenditure of maternal (family) capital.
