The matrix and diagnostic analysis of the environmental factors influence at the internal production processes of agricultural enterprises is carried out. It allows to distribute authorities of effective actions, to reveal discrepancies and disagreements, to define the mitigate strategy of environmental factors on the internal process of the agricultural enterprise for the purpose of maximizing profit.
