Medical services through the prism of the public opinion of the Saratov region

In this article the author analyzes the degree of people’s satisfaction with private and free healthcare service in the Saratov region. The base of the article is the results of the social survey. The research showed that visiting medical institutions is not of the compulsory but of the forced nature. The author makes the conclusion that in whole the people in Saratov evaluate the quality of medical service as unsatisfactory. The alternative private medicine is not demanded here.
