The article is devoted to the study of the characteristics of medical personnel in the GULAG system. It reveals the problem of the formation of medical personnel in the camps. The article discusses the responsibilities and requirements for medical workers of the Gulag. Particular attention is paid to the study of privileges received by medical workers.
