Medical law and national security issues

The problems of national security and public health are interlinked and interrelated. The state's expenses on organizing the healthcare system and the costs of ensuring the country's defense capability are in any case self-sustaining, because they are associated with the life and health of citizens, and not a single modern state refuses to allocate funds for these needs. At the same time, the issues of legal support for medicine are becoming relevant and important today, which is an equally pressing problem facing the state and requiring a prompt solution.
