Decrease of morbidity with temporary disability in cases is registered among the working population of the Kuibyshev district in Samara from 2006 to 2013,. The three main causes of morbidity (respiratory diseases, diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue and circulatory system diseases) present two-third cases of pathology. Self-assessment of health status of the urban working population is higher than a satisfactory value. In general, the medical activity of working respondents can be characterized as low, taking into account the small number of visits, including preventive health care.
