Medical and social characteristics of patients with stress incontinence and genital prolapus

The article presents the frequency and relevance of genital prolapse in women, and the medical and social aspects of this problem. Patients with genital prolapse and stress incontinence are a socially vulnerable group of the population, pensioners, in postmenopause, with duration of the disease of 3-6 years, having a high parity, postpartum traumas in the anamnesis.
