A comparative evaluation of health students in the learning process based on the indicators of general and primary morbidity. Studied the awareness of students about healthy lifestyles, revealed subjective factors influencing health; identified lifestyle factors associated with the training program and age characteristics of the respondents. The basic parameters of physical development of students: height, weight, body mass index. An increase in the overall incidence of 36 % and growth of the primary disease by 69 %. The level of overall morbidity in 2012 exceeded the level of primary disease 1,7 times, which confirms the growth of chronic diseases among students. According to the results of medical examinations, more than 70 % of students have a chronic pathology. Most students do not adhere to the rules of a healthy lifestyle, as evidenced by the high prevalence of harmful habits (smoking, frequent alcohol use, sedentary lifestyle, unbalanced diet). There is a problem of overweight in 6th year students, and weight loss and growth in undergraduate in 1th year students.
